We're working on a general theme of water at the moment. Its highly motivating for both our boys so we thought it would be a good way to get started with the home education. Its giving us lots of places to go out and about and discover and we had a lovely day at Tarr Steps last week. Got to make the most of getting out of the house while the weather's good!
The boys experience the world in a very physical and sensory way and have lots of energy so there was plenty for them to explore - walking across the steps,
climbing along the river bank and exploring the trees and plants, which for James means finding leaves and sticks to carry! Its a beautiful place and we had a lovely day.
